To begin with, you will need an easy access to email, a scanner and a fax machine. Having a strong desire to save thousands of dollars will help you enjoy the process.

To get a MLS listing on www.Realtor.ca, you need to do the following:

1. “Sign-Up” on our site.  Sign-Up is Free.
   
2. Choose a Username and a Password to get access to the Member's Area
   
3. Upload property information and upto 9 photos of your property in JPEG 640x480 format
4. Email or Fax us the Proof of Ownership
5. Choose one of the MLS packages to get a MLS listing on www.Realtor.ca
   
   Upon receipt of the information and confirmation of the services required, we will send you a MLS listing agreement by fax or email, for you to sign and send it back to us.

Your listing will be processed within 48 hours of the receipt of the full MLS information package and will appear on www.Realtor.ca within 96 hours of processing the listing.

Without the fulfilment of the foregoing, the MLS listing can not be processed.
