Because of certain limitations of the MLS site www.realtor.ca, option "C" of the "Flat Fee MLS" is not recommended for properties outside the GTA.
Seller Contact Info: Upon request, the Seller contact info can be added in the "Remarks for Brokers"section of the MLS listing. We can also add the URL of your brochure website of the property, if you have one. This infois published on the TREB MLS but CREA ( Canadian Real Estate Association) does not publish it on its site www.realtor.ca.
Further Assistance & Consultation: In pursuit of excellence, we will email/fax a draft copy of the MLS listing to the seller and provide the seller an opportunity to give his input and edit the draft copy of the listing. The MLS listing will be published only after it is approved by the seller. However, under unbundled MLS package, once the MLS listing is published, any assistance or editing of the MLS listing will incur a minimum charge of $1,000 or 0.1%, whichever is greater. Consultation, assistance and any edit of the MLS listing prior to its publication on www.realtor.ca is completely FREE. Several of our MLS packages are loss leaders and as such additional charges are necessary to offset our costs and to make sure that we can continue to provide these low prices without compromising the quality for which we have been known for decades.
Compliance with REBBA 2002: According to REBBA 2002, commission can be either an agreed amount or a percentage of sale price but not both. MLS listing is provided in full compliance with REBBA 2002.
