  • Preparation and publication of an effective MLS listing is not a "Chance" game; it requires business acumen, knowledge and experience. These skills are developed over decades and these cannot be bought, borrowed or stolen.  A poorly prepard MLS listing by an inexperienced agent can do an irreparable damage costing the seller precious time and thousands of dollars.
