  • To be eligible for “Buyer Cash Back Rewards”, the Buyer needs to sign a “Buyer’s Representation Agreement” with Trail Blazers Realty for at least 60 days period, prior to seeing any property. The Buyer must not be under a “Buyer’s Representation Agreement” with any broker nor this  “Buyer Cash Rewards” program can be used as a reason to break an existing contract.  
  • “Cash Back Reward” varies and depends upon the time that we, as your Buyer Broker spend for you. Above stated “”Number” refers to the number of times we go out with you to show the homes to you or the number of offers that you make, which ever is greater;  it is not the number of days you take to buy or the number of days subsequent to your purchase we spend with/for you.  
  • Percentage Cash Back Reward  is the %age amount of net fees / commissions received by the selling broker for the sale. We, as your broker are entitled to 2.5% commission of the sale price. If our commission is any lower, your “Cash Rewards” would be adversely affected.  
  • During the course of the purchase of a property, if needed, the buyer agrees to participate in the activity such as: attend to the  pickup and delivery of  documents relating to  Listings, Purchase and Sale  and deposit cheque / cheques as, when and where required and in a timely fashion.  

Note:  The Diamond and Platinum awards are likely to be had only when you know the property you want to buy or the property that you buy just happens to be the first or second property you view. Which Cash Back Reward you get is also a matter of chance as one does not know which property one would buy, however, staying focused and being realistic would help. Similarly, based upon how much time we spend for you, it is also possible that you may not get any Cash Back Reward. All transactions except  where there is Multiple representation or where the Property is under Power of Sale or Estate Sale are eligible for Cash Back Rewards.
