Unfortunately, in this crowded world of real estate, there are just too many people who think that when it comes to real estate, they are the EXPERTS!

All MLS Listings are NOT Created Equal!

  • MLS Listing:  Preparation and publication of an effective MLS listing is not a "Chance" game; it requires business acumen, knowledge and experience. Keeping the MLS listing looking fresh and competitive in the marketplace requires expertise - it is this ability that brings in the best offers on the table and gets the property sold in a timely fashion;  it is this ability that separates the Pros from the amateurs.  These skills are developed over decades and these cannot be bought, borrowed or stolen.  A poorly prepared MLS listing or a stale listing not in tune with the market  can do an irreparable damage costing the seller precious time and a loss of thousands of dollars.
     
  • Reputation of the Brokerage: Most people know that the best way of getting the highest price for a piece of Art, is to get it sold through a reputable company like Sothebys, Canada.  The same piece of Art would not get the highest price if it was stocked and sold by a Discount Store. The same is true for real estate, to some extent, as well.
     
  •   A MLS listing by a Discount Broker or just Any  Broker will likely not get you the highest price for your property.  In the pursuit of saving money on a MLS listing, you may unwittingly end up losing money. The sad part is that you will never come to know how much money you lost or how much more you could have got for your property. Think about it before you decide to go with just Any Broker!
