In our experience, Nawel was the only agent in this crowded real estate market who took the time to fully understand our requirements. We were impressed the way Nawel valued our time and his time. He is highly educated and qualified; he has a tremendous knowledge of real estate and is also a qualified appraiser. This October, Nawel sold my house within 6 days of listing at 5.7% higher than asking price. In our first meeting, Nawel was well prepared. He provided me thorough market research, great advice on how to prepare my house for sale, and explanations on what outcomes to expect from different selling strategies.

The Real Estate Industry is full of people that think they can just "Hop on the bandwagon" and make a quick buck with no service at all. This is not the case with Nawel from Coldwell. Nawel brings much experience from this industry, and pointed us in the right direction with his marketing strategy. Bottom line is, we wanted the house sold soon, quick, no hassels and a good price - we got all of them. If anyone wants a good Real Estate agent who will go the extra mile, pick Nawel Seth, he will get the job done which is all you want!
