This October, Nawel sold my house within 6 days of listing at 5.7% higher than asking price. In our first meeting, Nawel was well prepared. The Real Estate Industry is full of people that think they can just "Hop on the bandwagon" and make a quick buck with no service at all. This is not the case with Nawel from Coldwell. Nawel brings much experience from this industry, and pointed us in the right direction with his marketing strategy. Bottom line is, we wanted the house sold soon, quick, no hassels and a good price - we got all of them. I have known Nawel for quite some time.
I came back to Toronto after a long stint abroad and wanted to settle down here. Since I had been away for long time from Canada and in the absence of real credit history, it was very difficult to get a mortgage.
Nawel did a through job in finding a condominium but we were worried because Banks had refused us a mortgage.
Nawel told me that he was a mortgage broker and had a mortgage brokerage company of his own. He assured me that he will get me the mortgage and also the best mortgage rate. Nawel thoroughly briefed me about the process and the documents that would be needed to get the mortgage and to my pleasant surprise arranged the mortgage at the lowest rate in less than four days.

here's my experience with Nawel. I instucted Nawel to put an offer of 348K for my current home (asking 360K).
Nawel and I met at Tim Horton's (where I do my best thinking) and Nawel convinced me to LOWER my offer to 344K. I reluctantly agreed even though I lost a similar the night before offering 356K.
Same day he tells tell me they have plummeted their sign back to 348K. I ofcourse accept and pocket the savings. (I was willing to go to 356K again) savings 8K.I'm ecstatic at that point.
We do the routine home inspection, and agree to meet to waive that final condition. So when I show up to sign Nawel puts a contract in front of me for 345.5K !!! I was shocked. He worked behind the scenes FOR HIS CLIENT to get me an better deal. and I signed off at 345.5K .
So with what I saved off my condo listing with Nawel I calculate my total savings at aprox 15K for having met Nawel Seth.
In this me-first world it's easy to become jaded and sceptical, but I am eternally grateful, and will always consider you a great agent and a friend.
